For the bobotie mince, heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onions. Fry for 1 minute to soften.
In a That's a Bowl mix the mince, curry powder, salt and pepper and turmeric. Add to the onions and brown for 5 minutes.
Add the chutney and water and cook for another 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning and set aside.
For the pancakes, grease a non-stick pan with oil.
Add the flour, milk, egg and salt to a Quick Shake and shake well to form a batter.
Pour some batter into the pan, swirl and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Spoon bobotie mince into the pancakes, roll and place on a serving plate. Scatter with fresh herbs and grated cheese before serving.
