Healthy Breakfast Bowl
Pick 200-250 g of the fruits of your choice. Try to combine juicy fruits like orange or grapefruits and thicker ones like bananas to have a semi liquid texture. Remember that smoothie bowls are eaten with a spoon.
Peel the fruits and place them in the Extra Chef and blend until smooth.
Choose the dairy product of your choice (100-150 g). Add it to the fruits in the Extra Chef and blend again.
Depending on the acidity of the fruit and your taste, you can add 1 or 2 tsp honey or sugar.
Choose your toppings: It’s nice to have a combination of fresh fruit and something crunchy or crispy like seeds, homemade toasted muesli or cereal.
