Place the whisk insert into the base of the Extra Chef.
Place the egg yolks in the base of the Extra Chef.
Fit the funnel in the small insert of the Extra Chef cover and place cover on the base. Pour oil through funnel (50ml at a time) while whisking until all the oil has bee whisked in.
Measure in the vinegar and lemon juice and continue to whisk until well mixed.
Add salt to taste and whisk again to ensure salt is mixed in evenly.
- 2 egg yolks (room temperature)
- 150 ml neutral-flavour oil (canola or olive oil)
- 15 ml cider vinegar
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 ml salt (to taste)
