Heat the oil over medium heat in a Chef Series pan.
Place the onions and garlic in the Extra Chef (with blade attachment), pull the cord until finely chopped. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
Place the green pepper and chili in the Extra Chef, pull the cord until chopped. Add to the onions, along with the carrots and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the curry powder, baked beans and water to the pan. Season well with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until all of the vegetables are cooked.
Serve with boerewors rolls, pap or spooned over meat, fish or vegetables.
