Instructions


  • Using a zester, zest the orange peel into a small bowl. Cut the orange in half, juice using a juicer then mix together with the orange zest.

  • Whisk the white sugar and egg whites together in the Extra Chef (using the beating insert) until the mixture is smooth and thickens into meringue form.

  • Place half of the meringue mixture , cream cheese, orange zest and juice into a That's a Bowl (3L). Mix with a spatula until smooth.

  • Fold the remaining meringue mixture into the cream cheese mixture.

  • Pour into the base of a Shape n Serve.

  • Crush the Tennis Biscuits in a That's a Bowl and mix in the butter.

  • Layer over the cheesecake mixture, smooth out and seal.

  • Place in the freezer overnight to set.

  • Garnish with orange slices when serving.
