Using a zester, zest the orange peel into a small bowl. Cut the orange in half, juice using a juicer then mix together with the orange zest.
Whisk the white sugar and egg whites together in the Extra Chef (using the beating insert) until the mixture is smooth and thickens into meringue form.
Place half of the meringue mixture , cream cheese, orange zest and juice into a That's a Bowl (3L). Mix with a spatula until smooth.
Fold the remaining meringue mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour into the base of a Shape n Serve.
Crush the Tennis Biscuits in a That's a Bowl and mix in the butter.
Layer over the cheesecake mixture, smooth out and seal.
Place in the freezer overnight to set.
Garnish with orange slices when serving.
