Instructions


    STEP 1: FRUIT

  • Pick 200-250 g of the fruits of your choice. Try to combine juicy fruits like orange or grapefruits and thicker ones like bananas to have a semi liquid texture. Remember that smoothie bowls are eaten with a spoon.

  • Peel the fruits and place them in the Extra Chef and blend until smooth.

  • STEP 1: DAIRY

  • Choose the dairy product of your choice (100-150 g). Add it to the fruits in the Extra Chef and blend again.

  • Depending on the acidity of the fruit and your taste, you can add 1 or 2 tsp honey or sugar.

  • STEP 1: TOPPINGS

  • Choose your toppings: It’s nice to have a combination of fresh fruit and something crunchy or crispy like seeds, homemade toasted muesli or cereal.

    Step 2: Dairy/Cream

  • Milk, almond milk or coconut milk
  • Full cream/greek yoghurt
  • Soy yoghurt
  • Cottage cheese

    Step 3: Toppings

  • Any diced fruit
  • Coarsely chopped almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts or pecans
  • Chocolate chips
  • Corn flakes, All-bran flakes, puffed rice or other cereals
  • Toasted muesli
  • Shredded coconut
  • Seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, chia or poppy
  • Pine nuts
