No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares
In the Extra Chef, chop Oreo cookies until fine.
Transfer the chopped Oreo into a That's a Bowl and add melted butter. Mix well until moist.
Line a Freezer Mate or rectangular container with baking paper, add the crumb mixture and press down using a spoon. Spread an even layer of peanut butter on the crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
Prepare the chocolate filling by adding the dark chocolate and cream in the Jumbo Mug.
Microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring each time until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the ganache (chocolate and cream mixture) on top for the final layer.
Crush chocolate cookies and peanuts using the Extra Chef and sprinkle on top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares and serving.
