Chicken and Brown Rice with Mushrooms

Instructions


  1. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear. Place in the Microwave Rice Maker, add 500 ml water, cover and microwave for 15 min. at 800 watts. Allow to stand for 5 min., stir and set aside.

  2. In the Universal Cookware Frying Pan (24cm), heat the oil, add the mushrooms and stir fry for 5 min. Add the chicken and continue to cook for 5 min., then add the remaining ingredients and stir fry until cooked.

  3. Remove from heat and add the cooked rice. Serve without standing time

  • 300 ml long grain rice
  • 500 ml water
  • 25 ml oil
  • 200 g white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 600 g chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 shallot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 5 sprigs of parsley
  • Salt and pepper
