PUDDING
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Using the Grate n Measure, grate 1 orange zest
In the Ultimate Mixing bowl, beat the sugar, eggs and jam with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the orange zest afterward
In the Universal Cookware frying pan, melt the butter and milk, and then add the vinegar. Add slowly to egg mixture, and fold in.
Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda and pinch of salt into the egg mixture and gently mix until well combined
Empty the batter into a greased baking dish
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 – 30 min until the top is nicely browned.
SAUCE
Prepare 1/2 a cup of orange juice
In the Universal Cookware frying pan, melt all the sauce ingredients over medium heat until the sugar has disolved.
. Pour the sauce over the pudding right after it comes out of the oven, and prick it lightly with a fork to help the sauce soak in.
