Quick and Easy Salad Dressings

Instructions


  1. Creamy Greek Yoghurt – Measure 120ml Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. lemon, 1 tbsp. chopped chives and 2 tbsp. olive oil into the Quick Shake, season with salt and pepper. Shake well and serve.

  2. Spicy Honey-Mustard – Finely chop 2 tsp. of thyme and 1/2 jalapeno in the Herb Chopper. Place into a Quick Shake, then add 60ml each olive oil and vegetable oil, 2 tsp. each honey and whole grain mustard, 2 tbsp. lime juice and 1/2 tsp. lime zest and salt. Shake well and serve.

  3. Creamy Italian – Finely chop 1 tbsp. parsley and 1 garlic clove in the Herb Chopper. Place into a Quick Shake, then add 60ml mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp. each sour cream and olive oil, 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt. Shake well and serve.

  4. Thousand Island – Measure 120ml mayonnaise, 80ml sweet chilli sauce, 2 tbsp. each sweet pickle relish, chopped chives and the juice of 1/2 lemon into the Quick Shake. Shake well and serve.
