Instructions


  1. To prepare Egg Salad:
    Place all ingredients in the Herb Chopper. Cover and pull cord until fully combined.

  2. To prepare Tuna Salad:
    Place onion and celery in the Herb Chopper. Cover and pull cord until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients, cover and pull cord until fully combined.

  3. To prepare Chicken Salad:
    Place all ingredients except dried cranberries in the Herb Chopper. Cover, pull cord until fully combined. Remove blade and stir in dried cranberries.

To serve, spread on toast and enjoy.

    Egg Salad

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 10 g parsley (±1 tbsp)
  • 15 ml mayonnaise (±1 tbsp)
  • 15 ml mustard (±1 tbsp)
  • 5 ml lemon juice (±1 tsp)

  • Tuna Salad

  • 10 g onion (±0.35 oz)
  • 20 g celery (cut into thirds) (±0.7 oz)
  • 75 g tinned tuna (±2.6 oz)
  • 30 ml mayonnaise (±2 tbsp)
  • 1 ml paprika or Old Bay seasoning (±¼ tsp)
  • 1/2 ml dried dill (±⅛ tsp)

  • Chicken Salad

  • 75 g cooked chicken or turkey (cut into pieces) (±½ cup)
  • 40 g celery (cut into thirds) (±1.4 oz)
  • 30 ml mayonnaise (±2 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 15 ml dried cranberries (±1 tbsp)
