To prepare Egg Salad:
Place all ingredients in the Herb Chopper.
Cover and pull cord until fully combined.
To prepare Tuna Salad:
Place onion and celery in the Herb Chopper.
Cover and pull cord until finely chopped. Add remaining
ingredients, cover and pull cord until fully combined.
To prepare Chicken Salad:
Place all ingredients except dried cranberries in the Herb Chopper.
Cover, pull cord until fully combined. Remove
blade and stir in dried cranberries.
To serve, spread on toast and enjoy.

2 hard boiled eggs
10 g parsley (±1 tbsp)
15 ml mayonnaise (±1 tbsp)
15 ml mustard (±1 tbsp)
5 ml lemon juice (±1 tsp)
Tuna Salad
10 g onion (±0.35 oz)
20 g celery (cut into thirds) (±0.7 oz)
75 g tinned tuna (±2.6 oz)
30 ml mayonnaise (±2 tbsp)
1 ml paprika or Old Bay seasoning (±¼ tsp)
1/2 ml dried dill (±⅛ tsp)
Chicken Salad
75 g cooked chicken or turkey (cut into pieces) (±½ cup)
