STEW PREPARATION: Peel carrots and slice using the Speedy Mando.
Peel potato and onion, then cut into cubes.
Peel and chop garlic using the Herb Chopper.
Place beef, chopped garlic, carrots, potatoes, onion, chilies, tomato puree, crumbled beef stock cubes and black pepper into the Microwave Fast Cooker.
Measure 600ml hot water into a measuring jug and stir in beef soup powder.
Pour content from the measuring jug into the Microwave Fast Cooker base and mix well. The contents should not exceed the max line.
Place cover on Fast Cooker, lock in place, and microwave for 30 min. at 900 watts. Allow to stand for 15 min (until the pressure valve goes down).
MASHED POTATO PREPARATION: Peel potatoes and slice using the Speedy Mando, place into the Microwave Rice Maker Large, and measure in 750ml hot water. Place the separator and cover on top. Microwave for 25 min. at 900 watts. Allow to stand for 10 min.
Using the Potato Masher, mash the potatoes till smooth.
Using a Spatula, mix in the cream, butter and chives until a smooth consistency is reached.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the warm stew on the mash and enjoy!
