Valentines Flapjacks

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients in the Quick Shake (500ml), and shake for 1-2 minutes, or until a smooth batter forms.
  2. Heat some butter in the Universal Cookware Fry Pan and pour some batter into the pan (2-3 flapjacks worth). Flip when bubbles form on the sides of the flapjacks and cook for a further 1 minute.
  3. Stack the flapjacks onto a serving plate, top with your favourite toppings.

TIP:
Cut into cute heart shapes (or other shapes) using cookie cutters. Top with fresh strawberries (or strawberry sauce) and cream or ice cream.
