Spring Egg Flower
Rinse the vegetables. Cut the tips of both ends. By using the Click Series wide head, make some vegetable strips and arrange the slices in the Micro Healthy Delight base. Pour 1 tbsp / 15 ml water, cover and cook in the microwave oven 5 min. 900 watts.
Beat the eggs and the remaining water in the Quick Shake.
IPour the egg mixture over the precooked vegetables, from the outside up to the center.
Cover and cook in the microwave 5 min. 360 watts.
Let stand 5 min. before eating or serving cold with a green salad
- 1 small yellow baby marrow
- 1 small green baby marrow
- 1 small carrot
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) water + 2 tbsp (30ml) water
- 3 eggs
- 1 spring of fresh thyme
