Pour the water and yeast into a That's a Bowl (3L) and allow to stand for 2 min.
Sift the flour, add the salt and sugar, then knead until the dough is combined and does not stick to the hands.
Cover it up and let rise (approx. 45-60 min).
Fill your MicroGourmet Steamer Water Tray with 400ml of water and place the steamer base into the water tray.
Once your dough has risen, flour your hands and mold 1/3 of your dough into a round shape and place in the MicroGourmet Steamer Colander. Place the cover over the steam base and microwave for 20 min.
Allow to stand for 5 min then remove your steamed bread.
Drain the water and clean the MicroGourmet Steamer before repeating the process for the remaining dough.
