Delivering your online order:
This service is available within the borders of South Africa only. Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) on condition that orders placed, confirmation and payment received. Depending on origin and destination, a further delay of up to 24 hours may be experienced on shipments to outlying areas.
What will Delivery Cost?
We offer a flat fee for delivery, which will cost R80. Note that in the event of a special delivery deal, the price of the product or total purchase order value could determine the delivery rate.
When will delivery take place?
- Deliveries are generally done within the timeframe of the selected delivery type after collection from point of dispatch and between major centers from Monday to Fridays.
- We deliver from Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 17h00 to both business and residential addresses.
- No deliveries will be done on the weekend or any public holiday.
Example: If you place your order before 12h00 on a Friday, (deliveries exclude Saturday and Sunday), your delivery could take place from the Monday. Specific outlying delivery area routes and centres may experience a further delay due to the lack of transportation available. Major centres include any destination within a 40km radius of the following cities, Pretoria, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg and Nelspruit. Delivery outside the main centres are usually between 2 to 5 working days working days. The following areas may experience delays due to transportation constraints: George, Northern Cape, Nelspruit, Richards Bay, Polokwane and Welkom.
What if I miss my delivery?
We will notify you of a failed delivery i.e. when no one can be reached at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for the goods at the scheduled time. We will attempt to reschedule the delivery with you within 24–48 hours; however, you may be liable if we incur any additional handling and shipping charges for a re-delivery. We will stop rescheduling of delivery after three attempts to do delivery. If the delivery is not successful after three attempts, we will automatically cancel your order and process a refund.
What if my items are damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered? In the regrettable event that you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery on 0800 600 891 or [email protected]. We will do our utmost best to have the damaged product collected and a new product delivered to you.
What if I receive the incorrect items or quantity of products?
Should the incorrect items or quantity of items be delivered to you, you need to notify us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery so that we can rectify the situation. You can notify us on 0800 600 891 or [email protected] and we will get our team to collect the incorrect items and replace them as soon as possible.
