Creamy Spicy Guacamole
- ¼ of a small red onion
- ¼ of red or yellow sweet pepper
- ½ jalapeno pepper
- 1 cocktail pickled cucumber (gherkin)
- 1 clove of garlic
- Small bunch of coriander leaves
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 teaspoons smooth cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon to serve
Place the onion, peppers, gherkin, garlic and coriander in the Herb Chopper and pull the cord to chop fine.
In a mixing bowl, add the avocado and cream cheese, and mash with a fork.
Add the chopped ingredients and mix well.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
