Quick Salsa and Garlic Butter

Quick Salsa Recipe

1 large tomato, quartered or 8 small tomatoes, halved
1/4 green pepper, seeds removed, cut into chunks
1/2 small red onion, cut into chunks
1/2 a red chili, seeds removed
1 tbsp fresh coriander
4 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Salt & pepper
Corn chips, to serve

Ultimate Garlic Butter

2 garlic cloves peeled
100g butter at room temperature
Juice of 1/2 a small lime
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper

Quick Salsa Recipe

1. Place all ingredients into the Herb Chopper, season well with salt and pepper.
2. Pull the cord a few times to chop finely, mix through before placing in a bowl.
3. Serve with corn chips.

Ultimate Garlic Butter

1. Place the garlic in the Herb Chopper, pull the cord a few times to chop finely.
2. Add the butter, lime juice, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Pull the cord to combine the mixture well.
3. Spread into a sliced crusty loaf, cover with foil and place in the oven until the butter has melted and the bread is crisp.
