How to Open:
• Place the closed container on a table or other flat, stable surface.
• Place one hand on the opposite side of the seal tab holding the seal with the thumb.
• With the other hand pull the tab.
How to Close:
• Place the filled container on a table or other flat, stable surface. *For best preservation of the food, fill the base to 2/3 of its capacity.
• Place the seal so that it lines up over the base, then press down on the corners closest to you and, while continuing to press, slide your thumbs along the seal and tuck the opposite corners in place.
• Press the center of the seal gently as you fit one slightly to expel the excess air.
