Quick Shake Marinades

Instructions


  1. Meat:

    • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
    • salt & pepper
    • 1 garlic clove, grated
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1 red chili, de-seeded & finely chopped
    • Add all to a Quick Shake and shake it up!

  2. Fish:

    • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • salt & pepper
    • 2cm piece of fresh ginger, grated
    • 1 tbsp (15ml) chopped dill
    • Add all to a Quick Shake and shake it up!

  3. Chicken:

    • 1 cup (250ml) Yoghurt
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) ground coriander
    • Juice of half a lemon
    • 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
    • salt & pepper
    • Add all to a Quick Shake and shake it up!

  4. All purpose:

    • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
    • Salt & pepper
    • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    • A squeeze of lemon
    • Dried chili flakes, optional
    • Add all to a Quick Shake and shake it up!
