Our premium Chef Series II covered sauteuse pan pan is harder than steel and resistant to wear. Coated with PFOA-free, state-of-the-art non-stick coating, and designed with a layer of anodized aluminum, our sauteuse pan features a large cooking surface for even heat distribution.
*Non-stick Cooking: constructed of anodized aluminum with revolutionary non-stick coating to ensure no need for additional fat, resulting in healthier cooking..
*PFOA-free anti-stick coating for easier cooking and cleaning. Cast hollow handles making it cool to the touch.
*Even Cooking: with its hard-anodized aluminum material, every piece ensures even and quick heating for flawless results...
*Non-stick cookware is best used over low and medium heat. Do not leave an empty Cookware on a hot burner or allow to boil dry. Over time, exposure to high heat will deteriorate the non-stick coating and can cause metal cookware to warp.
*Make sure that the base of your Cookware matches the size of the diameter of the stovetop burner. Using a larger burner than the base of your Cookware (not applicable on induction stove) is not energy efficient and the heat can damage the surface or make it too hot to handle. Inaddition it can also cause metal Cookware to warp due to the unevenness of heating. Using a smaller burner than the base of your Cookware can also cause the metal Cookware to warp as the heat will be more concentrated on the middle area compared with the edges.
*While cooking, avoid sharp or metal utensils. Over time, metal will scratch your non-stick coating. Instead, use our Kitchen Tools or Silicone Spatulas.
*Do not use aerosol cooking spray.
*Don’t place chilled cookware over high heat and do not begin cooking cold or frozen foods in a hot pan. These temperature changes will cause a thermal shock than can lead to warpage of the metal.
*When it's time to clean, use a Tupperware Microfiber Kitchen Towel or non-metallic sponge or brush. For tough stains, create a paste of equal parts baking soda and water to gently scrub the pan.
*Always hand-wash to preserve the life of the cookware. Do not wash non-stick cookware in the dishwasher.
*Do not use scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners or bleach.
*Do not rinse a hot Cookware piece with cold water, as it may cause hot grease to splatter or steam to be created. In addition it can also cause
warpage due to the uneven expansion and contraction of the metal caused by the extreme temperature changes. Allow your Cookware to
cool gradually before cleaning.
*STORAGE TIP: As an easy precaution, place a paper towel or the Tupperware Microfiber Kitchen Towels between the layers of cookware so they don’t scratch one another.
