Product Complaints (smells, discoloration, breakage)

Our tip: Fill the product with very warm water and baking soda and lemon juice, leave it on overnight, rinse with cold water and then store it open.

Do you sell spare parts and seals for all your products?

Yes, we do sell selected spare parts and seals of selected products depending on the availability of these items. Please contact your nearest Consultant or Distributorship who will be able to assist you. You will need to have your product number available to enable our Consultant to ensure they match up with the correct Tupperware® product.

Can you help me find an item?

If you know the category where your product is most likely to be stocked, you can browse our range using our 'Shop by Category’ menu on the Tupperware.co.za homepage. Alternatively, type the name of your product into our search bar found at the top of every Tupperware.co.za page. You can then further filter your search results by category, price and colour.

Can you give me more information about a product?

We provide all the available product information that we have from our wide range of product offering on every product page. You’ll find all the important details under 'Details' and 'Tips & Care’ on each product page.

When will the item I want be in stock?

All out of stock items will be replenished as soon as more stock is available to us. You can check back on the product page to see if the item you have your eye on is available again. We don't currently have an automated alert system to let you know when an item is due back in stock.

What is a Bundle/Combo Deal?

A bundle deal consists of two or more individual products which, when bought together as a bundle, entitles you to a discount on the purchase price of any one or more of the individual products.

Sustainability

In addition to the fact that our products are of excellent quality, they are especially known for their durability. Tupperware® has a closed material cycle. This means that we pay very close attention to the purchase of raw materials, the manufacture and the service life of our products, as well as recycling. Damaged Tupperware® products should not be disposed of in the dustbin, but can always be returned to Tupperware®. We then either use the material obtained from this for our own non-food recycling line or make it available to other plastic manufacturers.

In addition to the ecological component, the social component in the area of ​​sustainability is also very important to us. Tupperware® supports a wide variety of initiatives worldwide to promote and educate children, young people, women and families.

Material

Tupperware® products usually consist of one or more different plastics. You can tell that all of our products are suitable for use with food by the “glass and fork” symbol printed on the base. Why should I buy Tupperware® when competing products are sometimes significantly cheaper?

Owning an original Tupperware® product means you own the product with all its advantages in your hand. Tupperware® products are known for their quality and durability and come with a Lifetime Warranty. So you can enjoy your new product for a long time. And if it does have to be replaced, it doesn't end up in the dustbin, but is returned to our closed product cycle and recycled.

Are all Tupperware® products airtight and waterproof?

Tupperware® products always have specific properties for the respective purpose. That is why many round products are airtight and waterproof. Not all of them, however! To be on the safe side, we always recommend transporting the product upright. If necessary, you are welcome to contact your Consultant or your Distributorship for more information. There you get precise information about the density, functionality, etc. Then nothing can go wrong.

Functionality - dishwasher

You can tell whether a product is dishwasher-safe by the corresponding symbol. You can find this and other care instructions for your product at www.Tupperware.co.za. If you have any questions about a specific part or product, please contact your Consultant - he or she can tell you exactly whether the product is dishwasher safe.

Spare parts not available

There is no permanent claim to the availability of products. If there is no warranty claim and the replacement part is no longer available, Tupperware® will not provide a replacement.

Products not found on website

You can find all current catalogue products and special offers in the online store. Your desired product may no longer be in the range. Products can come back into the online store at any time. You can also ask your Consultant to source the product for you. If you don't have a Consultant, you can find one here.
