Instructions


  • Heat the oil over medium heat in a Chef Series pan.

  • Place the onions and garlic in the Extra Chef (with blade attachment), pull the cord until finely chopped. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden.

  • Place the green pepper and chili in the Extra Chef, pull the cord until chopped. Add to the onions, along with the carrots and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

  • Add the curry powder, baked beans and water to the pan. Season well with salt and pepper.

  • Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until all of the vegetables are cooked.

  • Serve with boerewors rolls, pap or spooned over meat, fish or vegetables.
