Chocolate and Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Instructions


  1. In a That's a Bowl mix the condensed milk and cocoa powder.

  2. Using a Quick Shake, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff. Then gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk using a Paddle Scraper.

  3. Place the peanut butter in a MicroCook, cover and microwave for 1 min. at 360 watts. Allow to stand for 1 min.

  4. Pour half of the contents of That's a Bowl, half of the peanut butter and half of the chocolate chunks into the Freezer Mate (1L). Cover with the second half of each ingredient in the same order.

  5. Freeze for at least 8 hours.

  6. Take the ice cream out of the freezer 10 to 15 min. before serving for a perfect mixture.
