Classic Chocolate Cake

Instructions


  • Prepare the cake: place the butter and chocolate in the MicroCook (1,5 L), cover and cook for 2 minutes at 600 watts.

  • Take out and mix with the Paddle Scraper until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs.

  • In a That's a Bowl, combine flour, soda bicarbonate and baking powder.

  • Add the flour mixture progressively to the melted chocolate, mixing well with the Paddle Scraper until the sides are clean.

  • Cook uncovered for 5 minutes at 600 Watts.

  • Allow to cool 10 minutes before unmolding.

  • Prepare the icing: clean and dry the MicroCook, then prepare the icing by combining all icing ingredients and cook for 1 minute 30 seconds at 600 Watts.

  • Ice the cake and serve.

  • 125g milk/dark chocolate slab
  • 125g butter
  • 120g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g flour
  • 1 tsp bicarb of soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

    For the icing:

  • 200g white chocolate slab
  • 15ml milk
