Cook 500 g of rice in the Microwave Rice Maker Large following the instructions for your type of rice.
Season with salt and pepper and prepare the recipe of your choice.
SUN RICE:
Deseed and peel the bell peppers, then dice them. Place them in MicroCook Pitcher 1L with the oil, cover and microwave for 5 min. at 600 watts. Fold the peppers and the pine nuts into the rice.
MADRAS RICE:
Fold the almonds and the raisins into the rice.
ITALIAN RICE:
Peel and deseed the tomatoes then dice. Chop the basil. Fold into the rice.
GREEN RICE:
Chop the spring onion using the Herb Chopper. Pour into MicroCook Pitcher 1L along with the green peas and 100 ml water. Cover and microwave for 6 min. at 600 watts. Drain, then mix with the rice.
MEXICAN RICE:
Peel and core the avocados, then dice them and mix with the lemon juice to avoid oxidation. Chop the coriander. Fold into the rice.
CARROT AND SESAME:
Peel the carrots, cut into pieces and thinly chop using the Extra Chef. Pour into the MicroCook Pitcher 1L with 50 ml water, cover and microwave for 5 min. at 600 watts. Drain, then mix with the rice and the sesame seeds.
MUSHROOM AND GARLIC:
Peel the garlic cloves then chop them and the mushrooms using the Extra Chef. Pour into the MicroCook Pitcher 1 L, cover and microwave for 4 min. at 600 watts. Fold into the rice.
