Teamwork makes the dream work

Life is better with friends. They motivate and support us through life’s adventures. Friendship also gives you the opportunity to encourage your friends to prosper and grow alongside you. At Tupperware, friendship is a key element to teamwork that makes the dream work. Here are five ways you can use Tupperware team spirit to strengthen your friendships with your #TFFs.

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” – African proverb.

Make time for friends

Adulting can be stressful, but being a supportive friend means consciously making time for your besties. Plan Skype dates, call them and text them with memes when they’re having a bad day. Even better, show up with a Strawberry Coconut Naked Cake when they least expect it. (<---THIS IS GREAT! :)

Achieve goals together

Sit down with your besties and write down a list of goals that you both want to achieve, and then tackle them together. Make a pact to hold each other accountable and be honest with your progress. For example, if you want to lose weight, share your food diaries with each other. Even better, plan a group Plogging session (jogging and picking up rubbish.) You’ll burn calories and help clean up the environment. #NoTimeToWaste

Push them to be their best

Help motivate your besties to be the best versions of themselves. You don’t need to push too hard, but do your best to help keep your friends on track if you see them struggling or in need of a little motivation. Check-in with each other to see how you’re both doing.

Back them up

The key to backing up your friends is to do so continuously in small, meaningful ways. Share their blog posts, help them set up their Tupperware parties, or tell them they’re #slaying if they ever doubt themselves.

Celebrate their accomplishments

Shout it out when your besties do something noteworthy. Make a point to be there every step of the way, just as they are for you.
