Chili Garlic Sauce

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients into base of the Herb Chopper, except oil, salt and sugar. Cover and pull cord until fully chopped.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, cover and pull cord again to fully combine.

  3. Use immediately or place in round container, seal and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

  • 4 red chillies
  • 5 cm ginger
  • 2 spring onions
  • 115 ml of oil
  • 7 ml of salt
  • 2 ml of sugar
