Lamb Curry

Instructions


  1. Place your lamb in the MicroGourmet Steamer and fill the base with water (400ml). Place the cover and place in the microwave for 30 min. Allow to stand for 5 min.

  2. Whilst your lamb is in the microwave, prepare the following: in the Extra Chef place your onion (quartered), jalapeno/chilli, garlic, ginger and half of the coriander and finely chop.

  3. In your MicroCook (2,25L) place the content from the Extra Chef, steamed lamb, add your curry past, masala curry powder, tikka mix, sweet tomato relish, coconut milk and 1 beef stock cube. Place the cover and cook for 15 min. Remove from the microwave, stir and cook for another 15 min.

  4. Garnish with the remaining coriander and serve with rice.

  • 500 g stewing lamb (boneless)
  • 1 large onion
  • 30 g fresh jalapeno/chillies
  • 30 g fresh/crushed garlic
  • 30 g fresh/crushed ginger
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp curry paste
  • 1 tbsp masala curry powder
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 1 can sweet tomato relish
  • 330 ml Tikka mix
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 50 ml hot water
