Baby Marrow Garlic Bites

Instructions

  1. Remove the rack from the oven and preheat to 200°C/400°F with convection.

  2. Cut the baby marrow into pieces, roughly 6 cm in size.

  3. Using the Speedy Mando Grater, secure the food guider into the body and place on top of a That's a Bowl (1,5L). Place a piece of baby marrow into the food guider, position plunger on top and grate. Repeat with remaining baby marrow.

  4. Place the grated baby marrow in a clean Microfiber Towel and twist the towel to wring out as much moisture as possible. You should end up with approx. 100 g/±1 cup grated and drained zucchini.

  5. Thoroughly clean the Speedy Mando Grater, then grate parmesan cheese.

  6. In the That’s A Bowl (3L), lightly whisk the egg using the KPT Whisk, then add all remaining ingredients. Mix well using the Silicone Spatula.

  7. Place the Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on the cold oven rack.

  8. Using a tablespoon, shape the mixture into a ball and place on the Silicone Baking Sheet. Bake for 15-17 min. or until golden brown.

  9. Allow to stand for 5 min. Serve warm with a dipping sauce.

TIP: Make your own breadcrumbs using stale bread with the Speedy Mando Grater!
