Nutella Bun

Instructions


  1. Place flour, salt and sugar in the That's a Bowl (3 L) and mix with the Paddle Scraper.

  2. Dilute the yeast in the tepid milk.

  3. Make a well in the center of the powder and pour diluted yeast, egg, melted butter and the remaining milk.

  4. Gradually stir the powders into the liquid until blended into dough.

  5. Knead the dough until it is even in texture.

  6. Cover the Bowl and place it in a warm place until it doubles in size, approx. 1 hour.

  7. Knead the dough again.

  8. Separate into 8 equal balls. Roll each ball flat and spread Nutella on top. Roll each piece of dough into a cylinder shape and then cut each roll in half.

  9. Arrange the pieces in the Ultra Pro Loaf Pan with the nutella spiral facing up.

  10. Allow to rise, covered, in a warm place until the dough to reaches the top edge of the mold.

  11. While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 180°C.

  12. After the dough has risen, bake, covered, for 25 - 30 min.

  13. Allow to stand 15 min. before unmolding and cooling on a wire rack.
