Oven Baked Meat Balls

Instructions


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Soak the bread roll in water. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely in the Herb Chopper with the washed parsley. Fry everything in butter until translucent.

  3. Press out the bread using the Potato Masher and mix with lean beef mince, the onion mixture and the remaining ingredients.

  4. Shape the minced meat mixture into about 24 small balls, place these in the UltraPro Cover and cook uncovered in the oven for 25 to 30 min.


Pre-cooking opportunity

This recipe is particularly suited for cooking in advance. Feel free to prepare and cook double quantity, and on the next day, you can reheat them with a tomato sauce.

Size doesn’t matter

The minced meat mixture can also make 8 large meet patties, which can be fried in the pan.
