Chocolate Energy Balls

Instructions


  1. Using the Speedy Mando Grater grate the dark chocolate.

  2. In the That’s A Bowl 3L, mix the chocolate with the remaining ingredients using the Silicone Spatula. Continue to knead by hand, until the chocolate starts to melt and the mixture starts to stick together.

  3. Form 18-20 bite-sized balls and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  4. Store in the fridge in a Modular Bowl 1L, up to a maximum of 4-5 days.


These bite-sized balls of chocolaty heaven are the perfect snack to have on the go, or savour with. They’re also great for energy and packed with natural ingredients.   • 90 g rolled oats
  • 50 g dry coconut powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 50 g flax seeds
  • 110 g peanut butter
  • 75 ml honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
