Steam Bread

Instructions


  1. Pour the water and yeast into a That's a Bowl (3L) and allow to stand for 2 min.

  2. Sift the flour, add the salt and sugar, then knead until the dough is combined and does not stick to the hands.

  3. Cover it up and let rise (approx. 45-60 min).

  4. Fill your MicroGourmet Steamer Water Tray with 400ml of water and place the steamer base into the water tray.

  5. Once your dough has risen, flour your hands and mold 1/3 of your dough into a round shape and place in the MicroGourmet Steamer Colander. Place the cover over the steam base and microwave for 20 min.

  6. Allow to stand for 5 min then remove your steamed bread.

  7. Drain the water and clean the MicroGourmet Steamer before repeating the process for the remaining dough.
