Sand Art Brownies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a square baking tin.

  • Place all ingredients in a That’s a Bowl (3 L) and mix well with a Paddle Scraper.

  • Place mixture in the baking tin and bake for 35 minutes.

  • Cut into squares and serve sifted with icing sugar.

INGREDIENTS

  • 80 ml cocoa
  • 160 ml sugar
  • 125 ml chocolate chips
  • 125 ml white chocolate chopped
  • 160 ml brown sugar
  • 280 ml flour
  • 125 ml chopped nuts
  • 5 ml vanilla essence
  • 80 ml oil
