Place the pork ribs in the UltraPro
container, cover with cold water; add
ginger knob and lemongrass. Cover and
microwave on high for 35 min.
Remove UltraPro from the microwave.
Drain the water and discard lemongrass
and ginger. Place the ribs on the
UltraPro cover and rinse out the
container.
Place remaining ingredients in the base
and whisk together. Add ribs and coat
evenly.
Evenly divide ribs between the
UltraPro container and cover. Place
in the oven and cook for 20 min, until
crispy.
SALAD
150 g snow peas
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 red chili, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, cut into Long ribbons
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tbs salt
2 tbs sesame seeds, toasted
1 lime, juiced
TO SERVE
Boiled rice and salad
TO MAKE SALAD
Place snow peas into a saucepan of
boiling water, leave for 1-2 min. Remove
peas and plunge into iced water.
Combine peas, onion, chili, cucumber
and coriander toss with lime juice with
salt. Sprinkle over toasted sesame.
