Order, Processing, Payment and Return

How can I pay for my online order?

Our payment partner is Peach Payments, they offer a safe and 3D secure payment gateway. You can pay using your debit or credit card. We do not accept Amex or Diners Club cards.

Why haven't I received my payment confirmation email?

You’ll receive your payment confirmation email once we’ve received payment. If you haven’t received it yet you can check the My Orders section under your Tupperware® Account profile to make sure your payment has been processed successfully.

Why can I not pay with cash on delivery (COD)?

We make use of a third party courier service. The courier does not accept cash on any of the deliveries done on behalf of Tupperware® .

Why does the price of my item change when I try to check out?

Occasionally, where the limited sale price stock of an item sells incredibly fast, the product page price might take a short time to update, but the price displayed in your cart summary when you check out will always be the correct and final price of the product. Always double check your final cart summary before checking out. Deals and discounted prices are only secured through payment and not by adding them to your cart. We’re only able to honour deals and discount prices for the amount of stock that was made available for these offers.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Discounts have specific terms and conditions regulating when and how they may be used, such as minimum spend, qualifying product purchases and the expiry date. These should have been issued to you along with your code. Please make sure that you meet all these requirements when trying to redeem your discount code in the discount code box at checkout.

Can I also buy a gift voucher in the online shop?

This option is currently not available. As soon as something changes here, you will find out about it via our newsletter.

Do I have to connect to a Consultant to buy on the Tupperware® online store?

No you do not have to be connected to a Tupperware® Consultant to purchase online. However, connecting to a Tupperware® Consultant has its benefits:

  • Connect to a Consultant and you will be supporting a local small business owner.
  • The Consultant can personally or virtually demonstrate how to use and care for your products.

How do I cancel an order?

If you have paid already, your order can't be cancelled and your items can only be returned to us after they've been delivered. You can do this by following our returns process, as long as your order falls within our Returns Policy. Find out more here.

Why have you cancelled my order?

Most often, order cancellations result from our supplier running short on stock unexpectedly. While we make every effort to make sure our stock information is accurate when you place an order, occasionally this can happen. We might also cancel your order if the delivery failed 3 times after attempting to do delivery. If we've had to cancel your order, we'll credit your account with the value of your order as soon as possible.

Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

It’s not possible to add or remove items from an order once you’ve received your payment confirmation email. Items can be returned to us after your order has been delivered by following our returns process, as long as your order falls within our Returns Policy. If you'd like to buy additional items you can place a new order.

How do I get a refund instead of a credit?

You can request a refund contacting us on 0800 600 891. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your original order(s). You will require to provide us with your preferred banking details and a copy of your ID. Once your refund request has been processed, funds may take up to 10 business working days to reflect in your account and are subject to your bank’s processing times.

Why is my refund taking so long?

Refunds are usually processed within 3 – 10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
