Easy Fried Rice

Instructions


  1. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear. Place in the Microwave Rice Maker , add 450 ml water, cover and microwave for 15 min. at 800 watts. Allow to stand for 5 min., stir and set aside.

  2. Place raw eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil in the Quick Shake and shake until foamy.

  3. Heat 2 tbsp. (30 ml) sunflower oil in the Chef Series Wok. Add ¼ of the egg mixture and cook until golden on the bottom. Turn over and cook the other side for few seconds. Remove and repeat with remaining mixture until you have 4 omelettes. Thinly slice and set aside.

  4. Using the Click Series Peeler, peel the carrot and ginger. Cut the carrot into julienne shreds. Mince the garlic, ginger, onion, celery in the Extra Chef. Chop the beans with the Essential Utility Knife.

  5. Heat 2 tbsp. (30 ml) sunflower oil in the Chef Series Wok, stir fry the Extra Chef mixture until soft. Add corn kernels. Fry until tender..

  6. Add the rice, stir well, cover and heat for 2 min. Serve immediately garnished with eggs and spring onion

  • 2 cm piece fresh ginger

  • 1 onion
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 80 g green beans
  • 100 g corn kernels
