Preheat the oven to 180°C (160C fan). Using a Chef Knife, cut off the crust of the toasts and flatten with a rolling pin. Put 1 slice bread into each cavity of the Tupcakes Form (or any similar muffin pan). Sprinkle over tomatoes and ham.
Mix eggs, cream, cheese, and salt and pepper in a That's a Bowl with a KPT Whisk. Ladle onto the toast.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until set.

Heat the oil over medium heat in a Chef Series pan.
Place the onions and garlic in the Extra Chef (with blade attachment), pull the cord until finely chopped. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
Place the green pepper and chili in the Extra Chef, pull the cord until chopped. Add to the onions, along with the carrots and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Combine the maize meal and salt with 500ml cold water in the Microwave Rice Maker Large (3L) bowl and mix.
Add 1L boiling water to the mixture and stir.

For the bobotie mince, heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onions. Fry for 1 minute to soften.
In a That's a Bowl mix the mince, curry powder, salt and pepper and turmeric. Add to the onions and brown for 5 minutes.
Add the chutney and water and cook for another 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning and set aside.
For the pancakes, grease a non-stick pan with oil.
Add the flour, milk, egg and salt to a Quick Shake and shake well to form a batter.
